Positives and negatives come from government’s autumn budget
We were happy to hear of the funding and support that teachers received in last months budget announcements, however limited. Overall we’re disappointed as again there’s no recognition of creativity as driving some of the outcomes sought across the board. The Design Council states “more needs to be said about design” and the Creative Industries Federation sees a ‘lack of commitment’ to creative industries – it seems they share our frustrations.
